Return Policy

We know you'll love what you ordered, but if something doesn't work out, we'll gladly accept unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new, resalable condition with all tags and labels still attached for return within 30 days from the arrival date. Jewelry items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

REQUEST A RETURN

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchandise sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Proof of payment must accompany the return, and all merchandise is subject to inspection.

Currently, an $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, processing, and restocking. Please note that we reserve the right to modify this fee without prior notice.

If our inspection team finds that the returned merchandise is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.

        NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

        Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on lingerie, underwear, final sale items, gift cards, or any other items for which returns are noted as not being supported on the product page.

          DAMAGE AND ISSUES 

          Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if you find any merchandise to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. This enables us to address the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

          Reported damaged merchandise must be in new condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Photos of the merchandise, the damaged area, and the inner care label are required. Items confirmed damaged by Odd Choice Store must be returned with the return reason "Damaged" along with a brief description.

            EXCHANGES 

            The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the merchandise you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new merchandise.  

              REFUNDS

              We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of its approval status for a refund. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

              The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
